Celebration was established in 1994, and is approximately 10,000 acres in size with 4000 properties and about 11,000 residents. There are condos, townhomes and single family residences. There is downtown area that is home to many events throughout the year, multiple restaurants, shopping opportunities and a hotel. The schools are A rated, there are walking trails, community pools and more.
